1. Our refund policy
If MailBench SMTP isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of a subscription payment within30 days of the date you were charged. This applies to your first purchase and to each renewal, monthly or yearly.
When a payment is refunded, the paid plan it covered ends, and your subscription is cancelled so you are not charged again.
2. How to ask for a refund
Either:
- email hello@ivivelabs.com from your account's email address, with the order number from your Paddle receipt; or
- request it directly from Paddle, through the link in your receipt email or atpaddle.net.
You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear it.
3. How long it takes
We reply to refund requests within 24 hours. Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
4. What is not refundable
- Payments made more than 30 days before you ask.
- Earlier billing periods that are outside the 30-day window, even if a later payment is refunded.
- The Free plan, which costs nothing.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period. If you are still inside the 30-day window, ask for a refund as described above.
5. Paddle, our merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle, under its refund policy andBuyer Terms. Where this policy gives you more than Paddle's default terms, this policy applies.
6. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another country that gives you a right to cancel, you keep that right.
